Q) What if I don't want to say which competitor has the product cheaper?
A) We must be told where the product is cheaper. Without that information, the claim cannot be processed because the details cannot be verified.
Q) What about online competitors products which are ex-demonstration, exchanged, refurbished etc?
A) We do not need to match these prices as the product and offer is not the same.
Q) What happens if supplier is offering a cashback with a product?
A) We do not price match products which include a cashback offer.
