Definitions
1.1 'Seller' means Blindsbypost.co.uk
1.2 'Buyer' means the person or company who buys the goods
1.3 'Conditions' means the Terms and Conditions of Sale set out in this document and any special Terms and Conditions agreed in writing by the Seller.
1.4 'Goods' means the product or Blinds which the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller
Applicability of Conditions
2.1 Sellers website, collection book, sales promotion brochures and technical leaflets are an invitation to buy only.
2.2 Any contract shall consist of the Buyer's order and payment and the Seller's acceptance thereof.
2.3 Any order accepted by the Seller shall be subject to these conditions of sale and no other conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
2.4 Acceptance of delivery of our goods shall be deemed conclusive of the Buyer's acceptance of those conditions.
Cancellation or Amendment of Order by the Buyer
3.1 Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale by us, therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order as we cannot accept returns for blinds which have been made correctly.
3.2 Cancellations can only be made for a period of 2 hours after your order is placed.
3.3All cancellations effected outside this 2 hour period will be subject to an administration charge of 10%. This is because our system will have automatically reserved a production slot for your order and may have ordered materials and components from our suppliers. In the event that you cancel your order during this 2 hour period, blindsbypost.co.uk will refund your money minus this administration charge.
3.4 Once a period of 24 hours from the time of your order has elapsed, we cannot manually reallocate production slots and therefore we will make and administration charge of 50% for any cancelled orders. If we have already physically begun making your blinds we will not be able to accept cancellations under any circumstances.
