Terms & Conditions
3.5 We aim to send your order within 5 business days; however, this cannot be guaranteed, so if you require your order by a specific date, we strongly suggest that you contact us by telephone to find out if that is possible before placing your order. Please also be aware that delivery times may be significantly interrupted at public holiday times such as Christmas and New Year, delivery estimates can be upto 7-10 working days at these busy periods. On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a known delay, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Carriage & Delivery
4.1 All prices quoted include carriage on a standard carrier to mainland UK only, with the exception of the Scottish Highlands where a higher delivery charge may apply. Please contact us for a price outside this area. We use Royal Mail, DHL and TNT as our couriers.
4.2 Your goods will be delivered direct to you by a courier service. All deliveries are fully insured and a signature will be required on delivery. All goods must be signed as 'unchecked' with the carrier. No claims for goods delivered damaged can be made unless they are correctly signed for as 'unchecked'. If we try to deliver your new blinds while you are out, a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the blinds yourself. Risk in the product passes when they are delivered. Delivery to your premises or other named agent or independent carrier will constitute delivery for the purposes of these Conditions.
4.3 Any dates, times or periods for delivery of Goods quoted by us are estimates only and we shall not be liable for failure to meet such estimates or for any costs charges or expenses incurred as a result of any delay. The Buyer will not be entitled to refuse to accept the Goods or to cancel the contract with the Seller merely due to such failure.
4.4 The Seller reserves the right to deliver the Goods by instalments and in such event such instalments shall be treated as a separate contract provided that deliveries of further instalments may be withheld until the Goods comprised in earlier instalments have been paid for in full.
Terms of Payment
5.0 Full payment is made at time of order. We reserve the right to reject any order, at our discretion.
5.1 Payment unless otherwise stated by the Seller shall be payable by the Buyer in advance for any made to measure goods.
Retention of Title
6.0 Whilst risk in Goods supplied to you by us shall pass on delivery, legal and beneficial ownership of the Goods shall remain with us until such time as we have received cleared payment in full of all sums due to us.
