Our Guarantee

Put simply, we make the highest quality window blinds and curtains.

We can ensure the quality of our products we sell are of the highest standard, as we are one of very few manufacturers in the UK with our own manufacturing facility.

We’re so confident in the quality of our work that we are proud to offer our customers a 3 Years Guarantee on ALL our products; this means we’ll cover the parts and materials that make up your blind and arrange to replace like for like should an issue arise.

We will cover all components, mechanisms, cords and chains for the full duration of our 3 Year Guarantee.
We offer free labour, free collection and free delivery for the 1st Year should any issues arise where a repair is required.
If your blind is over 1 Year old (since receipt of delivery), then we will not cover labour, collection and delivery at our expense. We will issue you with a quote for the works required but of course stand the cost for any componentry or cords etc.

There are however some conditions and exclusions to this:

·      Accidental damage
·      Alterations & Modifications
·      Misuse
·      Installed within a non-domestic environment
·      Exposure to elements
·      Failure to follow our measuring, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions. All our guides can be found here.


Product Exclusions

·      Fabrics and dyes – normal fading

Alongside this a lot of materials, especially fabric blinds can of course fade over time, especially in direct sunlight or in smoky environments, so we would not cover this under our guarantee.


Delivery

We ask for any damages to be reported within 48 hours following receipt of your goods, any defects or damages reported after this time will not be covered if the damage has deemed to have been caused in transit.


Legal Bits

Finally, this guarantee is exclusive and we will only cover our product.
In no event are we to be deemed liable for any other direct or indirect damage, fire, personal injury, loss, costs, expenses or other incident outside of our control.

This guarantee does not affect your consumer statutory rights under UK law.

We reserve the right to ask for digital images of any query or complaint, and we ask for this to be communicated by eMail to [email protected].
