Hello. I’ve looked at my windows and found the rubber seal extends into the glass area from the bead. My question is do I measure from bead edge to bead edge or from seal edge to seal edge? If I measure seal edge to seal edge the measurements do not end in a 0 or 5. I look forward to your answer

You need to measure the visible glass only for our perfect fits in millimetres so it can end in any digit, the ending of the numbers does not matter then however I have attached the measuring guides for perfect fits below for you to watch before measuring:
