Hi I have a streetlight outside the window. We wish to keep the curtains but have a blind to help dull the light. The ideal situation would be to fit a top down, bottom up blind. The issue is the recess is only 5.5mm. The handles of the window stick out 2.5mm into this! So there is not much room to play with. Having looked at this style of blind it does not seem that they suit an over the window situation and not using the recess. Also this method probably lets more light in! Do you have any solutions? The top down bottom up would enable us to let in light in the day as we face houses in the street. Dan G
Hi Dan
Do you have any pictures of the window so we can take a look?
The only blinds we supply in ‘bottom up, top down – dual’ are our perfect fit pleated blinds which clip into uPVC glazing.
