Hello, Thank you for your message. Tilt only refers to the motor tilting the slats only. The blind still has the cords to raise the blind/slats. If you’d prefer for a quotation for the blind which tilts the slats and raises the blind, please let me know the sizes and I can request this from the team. Thanks Emma
