How do you connect the blinds to the hub please? I have downloaded the app and it says I have to connect the remote, this does not work! I have tried on numerous occasions and can only presume the remotes are not compatible. I have emailed before with no response. I would appreciate an urgent reply. Amanda Turco

With a Cruze remote on the somfy switch/mini connectivity kit you have to add this manually as per the instructions where it advises- if you do not have a barcode to scan on the back of the remote you select the QR code missing or illegible, if you then select RTS this should connect then for you.
