I have purchased 2 x motorised roller blinds from you and a Tahoma switch. I have the Tahoma App on my phone. The first blind I was able to add to the Tahoma app, a little tricky but I got there. I am struggling to add the 2nd blind and need some assistance, instructions please.

The instructions advise that if you do not have a barcode to scan on the back of the remote you select the QR code missing or illegible’ – if you then select RTS this should connect then for you to the app.
