My electric blind makes a rhythmic grating sound when it goes up and down and a lot of the time it refuses to go up it will go down past the intermediate point to the bottom and then after going to the intermediate point but the actual app control doesn’t seem to work properly my order number is CUSEJVQSY

Something to check is that there is a sticker on the motor and all four sides of the sticker must be pressed down to ensure the sticker is fixed correctly and not lifting.

This any also be affecting the movement of the blind,
