The internal bead / seal on our windows is at 45 degrees to the plastic frame and the glass, not at right angles to the glass and flush with the plastic frame. Can we use Perfect Fit blinds and, if so, do we measure frame-to-frame (plastic to plastic) or clear glass between rubber seal edges? Thank you
