Vertical blinds – replacement slats. What is the difference between chainless and sewn in? I have a dog who is getting caught in my current blinds with chains. Which is best for a dog owner? Many thanks

Sewn In are metal weights at the bottom sewn into the slat and the chainless are weights that will show at the bottom but do not accommodate chains.
