We have text and/or video guides for different types of measurements (recess, actual or fabric width). Please use a steel tape measure or a laser/digital measuring device when measuring as the cloth tape measures can stretch or bend and give false readings.

Measure in 3 places for both the width and the drop, and always use the smallest measurements. Do not make any deductions - We automatically deduct an industry standard of:
Width – We will manufacture your shutter 5mm narrower than your measured width to ensure a perfect fit.
Drop – For Full Height and Tier on Tier shutters, we will manufacture your shutter 5mm shorter than your measured drop to ensure a perfect fit. For Café Style shutters, we will manufacture to the exact drop measurement you provide.
Remember, to check for any obstructions on the frame, such as window handles.
