For products qualifying for same day dispatch & free next day, please be aware that this is a production upgrade through the factory and not to be confused with a courier service. The order must be made before 11am and all products in the order must qualify for this. For any order after 11am, qualifying orders will dispatch the next working day.

Although we send all items on a next day service, due to our freight mostly being un-conveyable through the courier hub network our delivery partners ask that we allow 2 working days for any item sent by us.

To take advantage of our free promotion production upgrades, these must be selected in checkout. A delivery fee will be payable on any order under our threshold of £199.00, regardless of any free production promotion we advertise on our individual products.

All tubes used for our Roller Blinds are manufactured from high grade aluminium. We use different tube sizes depending on the width and drop of your blind, and this is automatically calculated by our manufacturing software.
All Cruze branded motor's and accessories we supply use the latest Somfy technology. With reference to motor size specification, in manufacture we can use two sizes of motors (Somfy 24 & Somfy 28). The motor is chosen depending on both the width and drop of your blind and the tube size our manufacturing software calculates to use in manufacture.
All our Motorised Blinds are pre-programmed with the top and bottom limits to your given height measurement on order. Sometimes the bottom limit may need 'tweaking' higher or lower when installed, and this is very simple to do with the instructions provided with your order.
All brackets and components are included.

As an additional service, we offer Screw Fixing Packs for each blind. These can be added to your order when in your basket and in checkout. These fittings are suitable, for indoor use only, to be used in concrete, brickwork, stone, block-work, plasterboard and wood.

We do not recommend this fixing kit for Steel. We can supply a fixing kit suitable for Steel at the same cost, but we must be made aware, by eMail, within 60 minutes of your order being placed so we can amend your screw pack type.
The end opposite to the Motor End is called the Idle End. This is a sprung plunger as standard, giving the quickest and easiest solution when it comes to installing the blind.
The actual drop of your blind is manufactured as precisely as possible to your measurements, with a Roller blind the blind can be slightly longer than the drop requested and the extra fabric simply just wraps around the tube.
Our manufacturing technique uses a “No-Sew” bottom bar. This gives the Roller Blind a much better look aesthetically, as the face of the fabric is wrapped around the bar rather than an unsightly stitch line. The back of the bottom bar is always uncovered (facing the window) and is white in colour.
Pair your Somfy electric powered blind with a Tahoma Smart Home Hub and bring control of your blinds to your fingertips, anywhere in the world!

To find out more and purchase Tahoma Smart Home Hubs, please click here.

Please Note: You must have a Handset to program your blind to the Tahoma hub.

When your order arrives, your electric powered blind will come carefully packaged.
Please take time to unpack your order from the packaging, and use no sharp objects whilst doing so; this minimises the risk of damaging fabric or the motor.

Inside the package will include the following:

1x Made to Measure Electric Powered Roller Blind
1x Pair of Universal Fitting Brackets (Screws & Wall Plugs are NOT included)
1x Installation and Simple Set Up Instructions

We do not include a charger or handset with any blind, these must be purchased on order by choosing the relevant options in the product page. We also sell controls and accessories separately, should you require to purchase in the future.

We recommend ordering a charger with your first purchase. However, our chargers can be used with more than one blind, therefore if you decide to purchase more blinds with us in future, you wouldn't require purchasing a charger again.
Depending on usage and the size of the blind, Somfy powered motors, with an integrated Li-Ion battery, generally last around 3-6 months from a full charge.

We recommend that regular visual checks are carried out to ensure that no components or blind parts have been damaged, dislodged or lost which could result in operating difficulties and/or cause a safety risk. If any maintenance is required, we recommend that the work is carried out immediately, by a reputable blind company and the blind to be removed and not used if there is a safety concern.
"Blackout" or "Blockout" fabrics - if stated, although the material is blackout/blockout, the blind can contain some light leakage, as such we are unable to advertise any blind system as 100% blackout. As examples; on a vertical blind you may get light leakage between each slat and around the full blind, on a perfect fit blind you may get light leakage between the material and frame and on a roller blind you will get light leakage between the fabric and the edge of the brackets. Some blinds are more effective than others, so please feel welcome to contact our customer care team to find the most ideal blind for you.
